BEWARE,BEWARE,BEWARE!!! The title of "superb claims adjuster" and going on about how, for over 30 years kakadelas has provided the best compensation- REALLY??? Spouse and myself had been victims of both being "rear-ended" (100 not at fault), suffering from, and with, MEDICALLY VERIFIABLE NEW INJURIES & Having PENNIES ON THE DOLLAR SHOVED DOWN OUR THROATS ($ shoved down our throat by a LAME,LYING CORRUPT kim kakadelas. Yes, kakadelas comes across as: easy going, nice, friendly, personable, honest, fair ect… BUT, this is all a PLOY to GAIN TRUST! Truth is kakadelas got us under 51k for: 2 torn rotators (1 for my spouse and 1 for me) slap tear for my spouse, sciatica, spinal cord damages at c-3, bulging and degenerative disk, anxiety, depression ect… ALL for UNDER 51K!!! All the while, kakadelas made statements that Leads us, and it would you also, that you will see the light of a court room! Hell, you will not even get a SOLID SETTELEMENT AMOUNT having kakadelas at the Helm. In Fact, all of this is FACTS, kakadelas Violently SHOOK in front of the Mediator, my spouse and myself for 90 minutes down in San Diego at our Mediation. WHY, Because the MEDIATOR, SOMEONE WHOM KAKADELAS has seen before (and is an honest mediator) knew kakadelas has SCREWED HIS CLIENTS (MY SPOUSE AND MYSELF). GOOGLE "SUPER ATTORNIES" to find an: ETHICAL, HONEST, HARD WORKING, FAIR MINDED ATTORNEY THAT WANTS TO BRING THE INSURANCE INDUSTRY TO EITHER (A) GIVE YOU A FAIR SETTELMENT or (B) TAKE THE INDUSTRY TO COURT!
